Factory condition, fair condition factory box. Manufactured in USA. These are packaged by Vickers, but exactly the same as when sold by CAT, just a different box and Cat puts the “expiration date” on the inside where you can’t see it. NOTE: these are long “expired”. The seals are soft and pliable. I’ve never seen a seal manufacturer themselves put an expiration date on their product (I can see it for very special seals), I believe it is just to limit the time Cat or Vickers has to warranty the product.
