* has some grease staining, which is common with German bearings using the textured thin plastic, otherwise factory condition, fair condition factory box. The grease staining is strictly cosmetic staining of the steel where it was in contact with the plastic, and does not effect bearing operation, tolerances, or function. Manufactured in Germany.
The worst of the grease staining is on the OD of the bearings (4th picture). I can “carefully hand clean” the OD with fine scotch brite before shipment if you like. Obviously any machine cleaning would alter the tolerances.
Brass cage, P5 precision, tapered bore. The J26C “largest runout deviation” marks are still clearly visible on the bearings (3rd picture).
