Timken 65500 precision Class 3 cup. * light rust on bottom face. This face does not normally seat against anything, so will not effect the precision / runout. Fair condition factory box. Runout burnish marks are clear and in good shape. Runout burnish marks are clear and in good shape.
Any small dark spots that you see in the picture is oil, not rust.
Note: if you are looking at a Timken high precision bearing in a re-labeled box, without a white front (for newer bearings), it is NOT a genuine high precision bearing. There are companies buying bearings, marking them with runout marks, and selling them as high precision. Genuine Timken high precision tapered roller bearings have straight rollers, standard precision bearings have crowned rollers to allow for misalignment. A standard bearing will have much less rigidity because of the crowned rollers.
